Ingredients:
Paneer: 200 grams taken cubed

Coriander Powder, 1 tsp
Garam masala powder: ½ tsp
Cumin seeds: ½ tsp
Kasuri methi: 1 dried, crushed
Salt, as desired
Fresh coriander leaves—for garnishing

Tips:
If the gravy is to be more thick, make use of cashew nut paste or cream.
If you want the gravy to have a slight tang, add a pinch of dry mango powder (amchur) to it and 1/2 teaspoon back.
